The Philippine Youth Employment Network (PYEN) together with the UP Circle of Entrepreneurs will be conducting a Basic Entrepreneure Development Course for four succeeding Saturdays starting on July 31 - August 24, 2004. This will be held in Quezon City with the trainees being the youth leaders in an area "adopted" by UPCE for its promise of developing young entrepreneurs as a way to combat poverty.
